I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach with a passion for High-Performance and Leadership Coaching.
Before stepping into coaching, I spent years in Sales Leadership, where I had the privilege of leading talented, diverse teams at global tech multinationals. Working across different geographies, I brought together a variety of cultures and perspectives to consistently exceed goals — all while fostering an environment where collaboration and inclusivity came first.
My coaching style blends strategy with heart. I believe true growth comes from aligning clear goals with motivation and resilience, and I love helping people unlock their confidence, sharpen their leadership skills, and overcome the roadblocks that hold them back.
I’m especially passionate about working with first-time managers and those stepping into leadership roles. Supporting them as they grow into their potential — and helping them see the impact they can make — is some of the most rewarding work I do.
I’ve also completed the University of Alberta’s Advanced Leadership program, which strengthened my skills in leading teams, navigating change, and building strong relationships. These experiences fuel the practical and human-centered approach I bring to every coaching conversation.
Above all, I’m a lifelong learner.
